Terms of Use

Adults may create their own account. Students under 18 may use the platform only through a parent or guardian, who manages the account and accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Please be respectful to teachers and other students. Classes for brothers and sisters are held separately, and we place each student in the matching class.

You agree not to:

• Harass, insult, or harm anyone.
• Share inappropriate content or contact other students for reasons unrelated to their lessons.
• Record or share classes without permission.
• Misuse, copy, or try to break into the platform.

Tuition is a subscription for each program a student takes. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you subscribe. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

New students may get a free trial, and no card is needed to start it. To keep access after the trial, choose a plan. If you add a card during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds, unless the law requires one or the institute decides to make an exception.

Family discounts apply as shown at checkout and may change.

Lesson materials belong to the institute or its teachers, and you may use them only for your own study. You keep ownership of what you submit, such as recitation recordings, and you let us store it and share it with your teachers and guardian so we can run your lessons.

Live classes may be recorded for teaching quality, safety, and review. Recordings are kept for a limited time.

What we send: class reminders, class cancellations and time changes, substitute teacher notices, attendance alerts, billing notices, and account updates the person turns on.

How to opt in: tick the unchecked box at sign-up, or turn on text messages in your notification settings. Agreeing to text messages is never required to enroll.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

The platform is provided as is and as available. We work hard to teach well and keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free, or that a student will reach a particular result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the institute is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Indiana.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the new terms.
