Uswah Institute Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable only if the student has attended 15 days or less of classes.
  • Requests beyond 15 days of attendance will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a Refund Request
    • Email us at info@uswahinstitute.org with your refund request.
    • Attach proof of payment and course enrollment details.
  2. Complete the Refund Form
    • Fill out the refund request form (provided upon request via email).
    • Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.
  3. Processing Time
    • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

Exceptions:

  • No refunds will be issued after 15 days of class attendance.
  • Refunds are not applicable for one-time workshops, seminars, or special discounted courses.
