Uswah Institute Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only if the student has attended 15 days or less of classes.
- Requests beyond 15 days of attendance will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Submit a Refund Request
- Email us at info@uswahinstitute.org with your refund request.
- Attach proof of payment and course enrollment details.
- Complete the Refund Form
- Fill out the refund request form (provided upon request via email).
- Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.
- Processing Time
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Exceptions:
- No refunds will be issued after 15 days of class attendance.
- Refunds are not applicable for one-time workshops, seminars, or special discounted courses.
